This guarantee applies to all subscription purchases. Simply contact us within 14 days and we'll process your refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email address
- Briefly describe why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We typically process refund requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the Free plan after your subscription ends
- All your existing decks and cards will remain accessible
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. Dodo Payments handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
