Deckio is an AI-powered tool that generates Anki flashcards from your study materials. We provide tools to create, edit, and export flashcard decks in Anki-compatible format (.apkg).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate account information

You agree NOT to:

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission

Free Tier: Limited to 200 flashcards per month.

Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. The flashcards generated from your content are yours to use. Deckio retains rights to the service, branding, and technology.

Deckio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated flashcards. Always review generated content before studying.

Deckio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
